Students try fruit-infused water
Students in classrooms of Amy Morris and Kellie Haywood at East Side Intermediate School joined in an experiment to see of students like fruit-infused water. The classroom survey in Ms. Morris’ class was: nine loved it, eight didn’t, and three said “It’s ok!.
“These are the pictures of our students trying fruit-infused water. The class took a survey and the results were: nine loved it, eight absolutely did not, and three said “it’s ok.” Many thanks to the UT Extension program for partnering with us to try this.
Just a side note: some of our “kids” did not think they liked kiwi until they actually tried it. Now they are fans! This was an activity encouraged by the UT Extension Office in Brownsville.
