Parents must come in person to register.
Requirements for all new students:
- Student’s birth certificate (optional)
- Student’s current immunization record on State of Tennessee form – For any parent seeking a waiver, contact Art Garrett, Executive Director of Student & Family Engagement at (731)772-9613 (optional for homeless, foster, migrant, and immigrant students)
- Parent’s/Guardian’s driver’s license
- Guardianship papers if guardian is not listed on the birth certificate
- Two proofs of residency in Haywood County
