Members of the Haywood High School choirs, under the direction of Dr. Melinda Goedecke, presented a Christmas musical in the College Hill Theater on Friday and Saturday, December 9 and 10. The singers dressed in red and green and sang their way through a town preparing for a Christmas production. Among the songs they presented were “Reindeer Jive,” “Santa Claus is Coming to Town,” “Where Are You Christmas?” “This Christmas,” “O Holy Night,” and “Mary Did You Know?”

The crowds enjoyed the musical that was a fund-raiser for the choirs’ trip in March to attend the World Strides Heritage Music Program in Anaheim, California.
