Sunny Hill goes big for Go Jim Go
We speak often of Brownsville’s big benevolent heart. Sunny Hill Intermediate School is the latest to exemplify such kindness and giving. And in a big way. Students and staff raised one thousand dollars for Go Jim Go, a fundraiser on wheels for Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital featuring WREG News Channel 3 meteorologist Jim Jaggers. “This was a wonderful way to teach students to be charitable,” shared Instructional Facilitator Sharon Clark. The entire student body gathered outside wielding handmade welcome signs for the check presentation.
