Superintendent Teresa Russell, Deputy Superintendent Vincent Harvell, and the entire staff at the Haywood County Schools district office celebrated Maintenance Appreciation Day on Friday, October 26. “We appreciate the hard work and contributions of the Haywood County Schools Maintenance Staff.  These men work hard to maintain the buildings and grounds of the schools in Haywood County. Our school system could not continue without the dedicated service on these men,” Mrs. Russell said.” Mrs. Russell presented each maintenance staff member with a breakfast sandwich and a basket of goodies. Members of the HCS maintenance staff are Supervisor Ed Granberry, Donnell Flagg, Jeremy Hayes, Michael Morris, Freddie Taylor, and Ernest Wood.
