2016 HHS Academic Decathlon Team
Members of the 2016 Haywood High School Academic Decathlon team are Ethan Baynes, Elliot Garrett, Kaitlin Coble, Daniel Bradford, Silvestre Morales, Katie Harston, Ali Haynes, Kyreka Gayden, Kalyn Emerson, Quinton Douglas, Kezira Horton, Mary-Wyatt Pettigrew, Pablo Marin, Karyn Kinnon, Felescia Sanders, Brandon Taylor, Allison Pilant and Victoria Ramirez. Competing in the National online competition on April 7 and April 29 are Ethan Baynes, Elliot Garrett, Kaitlin Coble, Daniel Bradford, Silvestre Morales, Pablo Marin, and Victoria Ramirez. Sponsors for this group are Glynn Bridgewater and Tracy Mitchell.
HHS ACADEMIC DECATHLON REGIONAL COMPETITION RESULTS – 2016
In recent regional competition against Madison Academic Magnet High School, the Haywood High School Academic Decathlon team earned 28 individual medals, 5 plaques, and the second-place trophy. Individual medal winners were:
