Achana Jarrett, Cultural Arts Supervisor for the Brownsville-Haywood County Parks and Recreation Department/ Brownsville-Haywood County Arts Council, joins Magician Kim Edmonds as he entertains students at East Side Elementary during its Arts in Schools program. This is one of the many community programs the Arts Council sponsors throughout the year.
