In honor of “More Matters Month” in September and the opening of East Side’s Food Science Lab, every class had the opportunity to go through the lab recently.

Students made their smoothies in pairs using the new Nutri-Bullets purchased through the “Be More” grant, the same grant that gave each student a water bottle so they could take advantage of the new water bottle filler stations at the school.
