Reading at East Side!
East Side has a wonderful drawing on one of its front hall walls that tells the “story” about the importance of reading. The “Reading Builds a Strong Community” wall was painted by one of the school’s art teachers. Also the PEP Club provided students with an area “cozy” enough for reading. A bench, complete with cushions, a scarecrow and flowers gives students a Halloween-themed reason to “Fall into a Good Book!”
