The Rotary Club and the Brownsville Police Department team up each nine weeks to award a deserving East Side Wildcat with a bicycle. The first nine weeks, Sophia McGowan was the recipient! The leader awards from each classroom were put into a drawing.

“Sophia is a leader inside and outside of the classroom! She helps us greet the students some mornings as they enter into our building. Sophia is on track to become an even better leader. We are so proud of her and her efforts! Congratulations, Sophia,” said Assistant Principal Nicole Johnson.
