Wildcats learn about weather and safety
Memphis weatherman Jim Jaggers recently spent time talking to students at East Side about weather and safety. He wanted students to remember to always “go low” when there is tornado because the weakest part of a tornado is at the bottom where it touches the ground. He also talked about his STEM job as a Forecast Meteorologist and how he uses technology and a green screen to show the weather.
