Students study cells at East Side
Fourth- and fifth-grade students in Ms. Katrina Hill’s class at East Side Intermediate School recently had a chance to take a close look at different kinds of cells, using microscopes on loan from the Pink Palace Museum. They also examined the structure of living and nonliving things, such as fibers, crystals, and insects. Some were overheard speculating on future careers as scientists!
