Currently enrolling students for the 2015-2016 school year

Age Requirements: Pre-K – must be 4 years old on or before August 15, 2015

         Kindergarten – must be 5 years old on or before August 15, 2015

           3 year old class – must be 4 years old on or before March 1, 2016

Income verification (Pre-K ONLY)

Official Birth Certificate

Social Security Card

Current Shot Record

Physical from Doctor

2 proofs of residency (rental agreement, electric bill, legal bill with address, etc)

 

*All of these items must be submitted before we can fully enroll a student*
