Anderson honors Mr. Jim at retirement party
Anderson faculty and staff surprised Principal Jim Frazier with a delicious luncheon honoring his retirement after 44 years in the field of education and 12 years as the principal of Anderson. His wife, “Miss Judy,” came to make sure we were actually going to let him go home! Following a delicious luncheon catered by Mrs. Joyce Jones (one of our wonderful cafeteria workers), a group of our most talented teachers entertained us with songs to give Mr. Jim something to remember us by. Then he kinda of roasted us back with funny tales by which he will remember each employee. What a fun way to end a great career!
We also honored Mrs. Callie Adams, who is retiring after 41 years of dedicated service to the children of Haywood County. We are really going to miss her and wish her good health and much happiness in her retirement. She even said that she would sub at Anderson next year! That’s dedication!
