Dr. Seuss Day
Here kitty kitty kitty! If you happened to be looking for the Cat in the Hat last week, he was visiting every single class at Anderson on Friday. Anderson was celebrating Dr. Seuss Day in a big way. All class activities were geared toward Dr. Seuss. If you looked carefully, you might have seen Cindy Lou Who and Thing One and Thing Two running around the school too. From there to here, and here to there, funny things were everywhere! The third graders from Haywood Elementary came to read to our Anderson Cubs. “You’re never too old, too wacky, too wild, to pick up a book and read to a child.” (Seuss) True to form, the Cubs pulled off another amazing total for reading books so Mr. Charles, that marvelous he, took a pie in the face for AECC! (Miss Ginger did too). It was a wubbulous day to think that you saw it at A.E.C.C.!
