On January 29, HES held a Book Jam hosted by The Family Resource Center and its sponsors at the UT Extension Office. Students learned about weather earlier when Memphis Channel 3 meteorologist Tim Simpson visited the school. Mrs. Jackson reminded the students of what they had learned from Mr. Simpson and provided tornado safety tips to students to share with their families.
