Anderson keeps kids safe!
As part of Child Passenger Safety Month, Anderson Patrol participated in a seat belt use observation program conducted by the TN Highway Safety Office. Tennessee Highway Patrolmen and local Brownsville Police Department partnered with Anderson Early Childhood Center and Coordinated School Health to allow patrolmen to conduct brief surveys to parents bringing their children to school this week, as well as to distribute child restraint educational materials. This is part of a statewide effort to increase correct child restraint usage. The pamphlet will be sent home with all Haywood County School students from PreK through fifth grade. What a wonderful way to keep our kids healthy and safe!
