Well, we had some real “dummies” at Anderson on Tuesday afternoon. The crash dummies everyone loves, Vince and Larry, came to visit with Police Chief Barry Diebold. Their purpose was to promote the use of seat belts and proper car seats for our children.  Remember: Click it or Ticket!
