Mrs. Cecilia Frost has taught for nine years in total, with four years at East Side Intermediate School as a fourth- or fifth-grade English Language Arts and Literacy teacher. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and Music from Hendrix College and a Master’s in Education from University of Phoenix. Principal Humphreys describes Mrs. Frost as a contagious, positive influence wherever she goes.
