East Side holds open house

A large crowd of family, friends and students attended East Side’s Open House on Thursday, August 16. Teachers were meeting their students’ family members, as they toured the classrooms and talked about the curriculum and what goes on in class everyday. “Reading builds a strong community,” was posted on a wall, making a point to the students how important reading is in life.
