The East Side Student Council used some of the money they raised from selling popcorn to honor groups of community workers during Kindness Week. Baskets of snacks were gathered and given to about 160 members of the Brownsville Police Department, Fire Department, and Ambulance Authority as a token of appreciation for their service to our community.
