Sabrina Snipes, Juanita Snipes and Averyon Pettigrew in Mrs. Denita Jarratt’s FCCLA class at Haywood High recently orchestrated a healthy choices, healthy lifestyles project that took them on the road. They introduced their project to students in first through third grades at the Boys and Girls Club. They presented a lesson on which foods were healthy choices, then followed up with exercises to increase fitness and promote good health. Looks like the younger students were having a great time getting healthy!
