Haywood Elementary first graders recently celebrated their achievements at the first six weeks awards program. Deputy Superintendent Teresa Russell was the guest presenter. Also the Character Award for the 1st six weeks was presented by Mrs. Barbara Garrett. The character trait for the six weeks was respect.
