Second- and third-grade students in Mr. Roy Hawkins’ art class recently learned a new painting technique called “pointillism.” For the subject of their creations, students “painted” fruit using the technique started by Georges Surrat. Students had recently participated in an activity drawing pictures of healthy living as part of Public Health Week, and these beautiful pictures are definitely examples of healthy living! Go, HES!
