HHS 2012 Distinguished Scholars receive recognition
Haywood High School Distinguished Scholar Candidates for 2012 are Kaylee Avant, Paige Battle, Karla Cisneros, Jay Clinton, Cassidy Dickerson, Madison Eubanks, Daniel Evans, Brionna Fields, Reeves Garrett, Laura Gavin, Devin Gibbs, Alycia Johns, Rachel Johnson, Denesha Jones, Donitra Kent, Nijaa Murray, Elesha Powell, Taylor Primrose, Sumeur Pugh, Kaitlyn Schwarz, Patrick Sellari, Tawana Smith, Seth Tillman, Ashley Wellington and Justin Wiley.
Twenty-five HHS students earned first honor roll the first through fifth six weeks this school year. Honored by the HHS Academic Booster Club for this accomplishment were J. P. Barden, Emma Baumheckel, Will Clinton, Kenya Ector, Madison Eubanks, Reeves Garrett, Cassidy Hendrix, Maggie Herron, Katora Holmes, Patsy Jameson, Sarah Lewis, Allix Lonon, Lauren Markowski, Stephen Martin, Molly McAdams, Bishop Noble, Rebecca Pearson, Robbyn Pocock, Taylor Primrose, Mireya Pulido, Kyle Sills, Walker Thornton, Seth Tillman, Ryan Watson and Destiny Williams.
