HHS Band Wins Awards At Band Rewards Weekend
The Haywood Tomcat Marching Band returned to Panama City Beach, Florida, April 25-27, to participate in Band Rewards Weekend and compete in the Pier Park parade.
Continuing its tradition of excellence, the Tomcat Marching Band received third place, Drum Major (Kelsey Byars); second place, Color Guard; second place, Percussion; and Overall Best Entertainers.
“The Marching Tomcats received great reviews and compliments and represented Haywood County Schools with pride,” Band Director Dumanic Wade said.
