HHS welcomes incoming freshmen and families
On Tuesday, February 1, Haywood High School administrators, guidance counselors and teachers welcomed Haywood Junior High School eighth graders and their families to an informational session. Principal Dorothy Bond talked to the students and introduced her staff members. The HHS guidance counselors are working with the eighth-graders and their parents February 7-11 and 14 to help them develop their high school plan of study. Also attending were the teachers and some students from the Career and Technical Division and the HHS JROTC, who were available to talk to the students and parents about their programs.
