Katora Holmes, a senior and the daughter of Kathleen and Vanie Holmes, has been selected as the HHS Student of the Week. She is vice president of the HHS Beta Club, a member of the Drama Club and participated in this year’s production of Legally Blonde. She is also a member of the Academic Decathlon team, the Show Choir, the French Club, and represented the school as a delegate to the 2012 Volunteer Girls State. She was voted Miss HHS and served as a senior class representative in the football and basketball homecoming celebrations. Katora was also a Junior Bank Board member. She plans to attend the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, major in biology and pursue a career as a physician.
