Students send greetings to soldiers at home and overseas
The students at HES have been busy coloring cards and writing letters in Art class to send to soldiers who will be unable to spend this Christmas at home with their families.
The students have completed over 600 cards. Some of the cards were sent to soldiers stationed overseas, and some to our Wounded Warriors that are recovering in the United States from injuries sustained on active duty around the world. The students recognize the sacrifice that these solders have made to be able to insure our freedom and wanted to acknowledge these sacrifices in some way.
