Three Tomcats Sign To Play College Football
On Wednesday, February 3, three HHS Tomcats signed papers to play college football. Kris Johnson and Rashad Brown signed to play football at Cumberland University in Lebanon, Tennessee. As Tomcats, Kris was a running back, and Rashad was a defensive tackle. Taycwon Hammond signed papers to play football for Lane University. Taycwon played linebacker, guard and tackle on his Tomcat team.



Also witnessing the signings were former HHS football Coach Ernie Jackson, HHS Principal Jerry Pyron, HHS Head Football Coach Steve Hookfin and HHS Assistant Principal and Athletic Director Tim Seymour.
