The window for parent appeals regarding the 3rd Grade Retention Law is open through June 15, 2023. Parents of impacted students have been contacted and advised on next steps. Schools will be available on Wednesday, May 31st and Thursday, June 1st to provide technical assistance with filing an appeal as needed. For more information, contact your child’s school at:
