At the Tennessee School Board Association Fall Leadership Conference, Haywood County Chairman of the Board Mr. Harold Garrett was honored for serving on the board for 25 years. “What an outstanding accomplishment,” said Haywood County Superintendent Teresa Russell, “but more than that what a commitment to the students of Haywood County Schools!
