ACADEMIC DECATHLON
Open to students who are willing to accept the challenge of interscholastic academic competition.
AFJROTC
Cadets study aviation, national defense, careers, space, and leadership. Students participate in Air Force drill and ceremonies. Students are eligible for scholarships.
ANIMAL WELFARE
Open to students who have a love for animals and the desire to work with the local animal hospital and animal shelter.
BAND
A performance group open to students interested in music and enrolled in the band program. Marching and Jazz
BETA CLUB
A national organization open to juniors and seniors who have at least a 3.0 GPA and acceptable conduct records.
CAT’S CAFÉ
Students enrolled in Culinary Arts are given the opportunity to increase their cooking and catering abilities.
CHOIR-Open to any student who has the desire to sing and learn various genres of vocal music. Performances at locations and at various times are a requirement for the performance group.
COLOR GUIARD-Students who desire to be member of the marching band but do not play an instrument are encouraged to take part in the color guard. Summer camp and after school practices are required.
DRAMA CLUB
Open to all students interested in Drama.
FELLOWSHIP OF CHRISTIAN ATHLETES (FCA)
Open to all interested athletes.
FUTURE FARMERS OF AMERICA (FFA)
A national organization open and limited to agriculture students. (I will link to FB)
HEALTH OCCUPATIONS STUDENTS OF AMERICA (HOSA)
A national organization open to students enrolled in health occupations courses.
HELPING HANDS
Open to students who have the desire to assist those in the school and community in a positive way.
JAG
Seniors enrolled in Jobs for Tennessee Graduates are encouraged to take part in the club supporting the mission of helping students become prepared for post-secondary plans.
MOCK TRIAL
Students who are interested in the court system, possibly looking at a career in law are encouraged to take part in the group. Students learn how the judicial system works, visit court sessions, meet with lawyers, foster critical thinking and public speaking.
SCA
Students are elected to act as the representative voice for their class, working with staff to improve the school culture, organize events and address student concerns.
