Haywood County Schools Registration
Requirements for Registration
To register a student new to the Haywood County School District, please fill out an online application using the link below. Registration is not considered complete until the online form is submitted, and the following required documentation is brought to the school.
Requirements for all new students:
- Student’s social security card (optional)
- Student’s birth certificate (optional)
- Student’s current immunization record on State of Tennessee form – For any parent seeking a waiver, contact Art Garrett, Executive Director of Student & Family Engagement at (731)772-9613 (optional for homeless, foster, migrant, and immigrant students)
- Parent’s/Guardian’s driver’s license
- Guardianship papers if guardian is not listed on the birth certificate
- Two proofs of residency in Haywood County
