Requirements for Registration

Parents must go to the individual schools to enroll students.

Requirements for all new students:

Student’s birth certificate (optional)
Student’s current immunization record on State of Tennessee form – For any parent seeking a waiver, contact Art Garrett, Executive Director of Student & Family Engagement at (731)772-9613 (optional for homeless, foster, migrant, and immigrant students)
Parent’s/Guardian’s driver’s license
Guardianship papers if guardian is not listed on the birth certificate
Two proofs of residency in Haywood County
