Ms. Sue Hart, a representative with the Jackson Chapter of the American Red Cross, came to all of the Culinary Arts classes at Haywood High School recently. She gave a brief history of the American Red Cross and talked about preparedness, basic first aid, the Heimlich maneuver, and gave a very basic introduction to CPR. Pam Stephens is the teacher of the Culinary Arts classes.
