A lesson in “Wolf “ spiders
Students at Anderson learned (by accident) about Wolf spiders last week. A fairly giant wolf spider was found in Ms. Krista Brown’s room. They caught it, looked it up and learned about it, named it “Spidey,” then shared it with Miss Jan, who was reading a spider story for Halloween! That way, everybody in the school got to see a “BIG” spider in person. After school, Miss Krista let “Spidey” go in the bushes away from the school. There’s not much more exciting to a five-year-old than a giant spider!
