Anderson Students Learn About Eating Healthy

Kindergarten students at Anderson recently learned how to be stronger and be in good shape by cutting back on junk food, sugary sweet soda, and salt. The Health Department’s Tamera Roach and Coordinated School Health presented the message. Following the lesson, students taught “Miss Tamera” about how to increase attention and focusing on schoolwork by doing “GONOODLE,” their computer “brain break/physical activity” program, that 100 percent of the teachers use. So everybody learned something that day. It was lots of fun!
