Grandparents and children have fun at Anderson
Students in Mrs. Jessie Warren’s class visited with her Grandmother, Mrs. Marie Carlton, last Friday to learn about being a grandparent. She brought one of her favorite toys from when she was a little girl. They are called “Tom Walkers,” and the students took them to recess later and practiced walking on them. And there were Grannies everywhere at Anderson! Three of our cafeteria staff members are grandmothers to Anderson students, and one Foster Granny is a great-grandmother to two.
