HES first awards programs for this school year were held on Friday, November 9. Students were recognized for their academic accomplishments and character.

Once again the Brownsville Rotary Club is donating a bicycle to a student that has perfect attendance for the entire nine weeks. The Brownsville Police Department donates a helmet to insure the child’s safety as well.

The Family Resource Center recognized students for their use of the Center and hosted a Happy Hour in the morning and afternoon to show their appreciation to students and parents who utilize the center.
