HES Students Travel On The “Polar Express”
Jump aboard the Polar Express! The Haywood Elementary first- and second-grade students presented Christmas music with the theme, “The Polar Express.” The students did an awesome job with the help of HES music teacher Ms. Patricia Gaietto. Haywood Elementary even had a conductor, Roy Hawkins, to load everyone up on the “Polar Express.”
The first graders sang such Christmas favorites as “Blue Christmas,” “Jingle Bells,” “White Christmas,” and “Rudolph, the Red-nosed Reindeer.” Among other Christmas songs, the second graders sang “It’s Beginning to Look Like Christmas,” “All I Want for Christmas,” “Baby, It’s Cold Outside,” and “We Wish You A Merry Christmas.”
