Mrs. Sarah Haynes, Mrs. Denita Jarratt, and Mrs. Vickie Noles, the FCCLA advisors at Haywood High School, recently took their chapter officers to the FCCLA Fall Leadership meeting, which was held at the Jackson Civic Center. While there the students listened to an inspirational speaker and participated in several break-out sessions lead by the state FCCLA officers. The students learned teamwork and leadership skills that they will be able to implement in their lives.
Members of the Haywood FCCLA chapters also participated in a Public Service Announcement competition. For the third year in a row, Haywood won first place.
