Lauren Markowski is the Student of the Week at Haywood High School. She is a sophomore and the daughter of David and Lory Markowski.  She is a member of the HHS Golf team, the Mock Trial team, the Show Choir, participated in the HHS Drama Department’s production of L’il Abner last year and is in Legally Blonde this year. She enjoys playing golf, singing, listening to music and watching football. Her future plans are to go to college and major in psychology, forensic science, or performing arts. She said she would love to sing or play golf professionally.
