HMS students learn from 2014 Warrior College Fair
The Haywoood Middle School Warriors participated in College App/Preparation Week. The week was filled with learning tips to prepare for college, college trivia, completing a college application, and learning more about the alma maters of the Warrior staff members! The week culminated with the 2014 Warrior College Fair.
The 2014 Warrior College Fair was different this year. With the support of Principal Blue, HMS School Counselor Michelle Brasfield invited HCS staff members and Haywood community members to represent their alma maters and to give the students more information about college and college preparation. The result? Many members of the HCS staff and the Haywood community showed up to share their experiences and love for their alma maters, and the students received valuable information from these individuals who are present in their lives and in their community each day! #ValuableResources
A special “Woohoo” to all HCS staff members and community members who participated in the 2014 Warrior College Fair. Thank you for spending your morning with the Warriors for this important event.
