Ms. Pamla Reagan is a third-grade ELA and Social Studies teacher at Haywood Elementary School. Ms. Reagan has also taught first and second grades. She has 10.5 years of teaching experience in Haywood County Schools. She has served in various rising leadership roles such as the third-grade lead teacher, cooperating teacher for student teachers, and on the SACS committee, to name a few. As a reward and recognition, Ms. Reagan was proud to receive the Compensation Pay for TCAP Results. One best practice strategy that Ms. Reagan uses in her classroom is “differentiating by using her educational assistant.” Outside of work, Ms. Reagan is a supporter of a church-based ministry during the holidays entitled “Operation Christmas Child” and is a donor in support of St. Jude. She said, “I just love seeing my students enjoy learning. My assistant and I working together really make a positive impact on all students’ achievement.”
