The Ned Show came to Haywood Elementary, and it was a great program that taught the students to always believe in themselves, try their best, and encourage others through the use of yoyos. The students were also able to purchase a yoyo so that  they could practice on the playground during recess! The students were very attentive and very respectful as they watched and listen to the speaker. Jaden Byars was the winner of a yoyo for telling how to apply the NED motto “Never give up, encourage others, and do your best!”
